Here at FCDS we offer a rewarding experience and flexible schedule

Extensive paid training and RBT training is provided to all employees by our BCBAs. All therapists will be supervised by BCBAs to complete their RBT assessment and Testing.

Part time and full-time opportunities are available.

ABA Behavioral Therapist and Adaptive Skills Therapist

Description

Extensive, paid training is provided to all employees
Requires a minimum of a high school diploma or RBT Certification (Provided by the company)
Understanding of ABA principles and strategies
Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse populations
Proficient in oral and written English
Valid California Class C driver’s license, insurance, and own transportation

Case Manager

Qualifications

Master’s degree in ABA, Education with ABA specialization, and/or related field or enrolled in a master’s degree program with at least 12 units in ABA related courses.
Familiar and knowledgeable on implement different assessment tools such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS-R, AFLS, FAST, QABF, and indirect assessments.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Qualifications

Master degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field (required)
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA certification required) in good standing
1+ years’ experience supervising individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and designing/managing ABA-based treatment
Advanced knowledge about Autism Spectrum Disorder
Experience with a variety of assessment tools and report writing
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Department of Justice clearance
Valid California driver’s license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
